Andrew Kirkman

Andrew Kirkman is the Chief Executive of the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics.

Andrew was part of the Waterfront Project Development team during construction and a previous Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Andrew has been a board member of the Corporation since 2015. 

Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in the NT Public Sector. He was previously the Chief Executive of the Department of Transport, General Manager for the Land Development Corporation, and Deputy Chief Executive for the Department of Housing. Andrew also held key roles in the AustralAsia Railway Corporation, the Department of the Chief Minister and NT Treasury.

Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in finance and commercial roles in the private sector, locally in the mining industry and overseas on public private partnerships.

Andrew has tertiary and post-graduate qualifications and training in commerce, business and governance.
